information. We take pride in providing products with few or no known open
issues at time of shipping. However, the simple fact is there is no such
thing as completely error free software.
As a client, we believe that you are best
served by being kept informed of issues as they arise and their status.

The issues that are listed in the support
section are those we judge to have the potential of affecting a number
of users. Issues that are minor or affect very few users are not listed.
We try to maintain a balance between providing useful information and a
reasonable amount of detail.
When reviewing issues take time to judge
whether they affect your use of the software. Often times the issues will
have little or no impact on your operation. TIW releases new versions of
software every few months that always contain corrections for those issues
which could not be addressed with a field patch. Install these new
versions immediately. Stay current!
